I’ve found there to be a conflict with the All In One SEO Pack plugin and EE4 that doesn’t allow the payment Settings section to expand. If you happen to be running the plugin, you may want to try temporarily deactivating it to make your changes.
I did install it as a plugin but it didn’t fix the issue. I do not have All in One SEO installed on this install. I’m also running EE3 not EE4 as EE3 doesn’t support the mobile apps. Any other ideas to get this fixed?
Have you tried disabling all other addons to see if it is a conflict with another plugin?
If the payment settings work with just EE active, then you can re-activate each plugin one by one, testing the payment settings each time, until the culprit plugin is found.
I tried that and even with all of the plugins deactivated and just EE active, it still didn’t work. I’ve tried all of these things and it’s not working. I really need to be able to get the payment settings updated for my client. Please help.
Can you check the PHP error log after you refresh the Payment Options page to see if any new errors are thrown? Or you could also try turning on WP_DEBUG and see if any errors are thrown on the Payments Options page.
