I’m encountering problems with the payment methods om my EE4 power ticket site.
iDeal/Mollie and PayPal Standard work fine.
PayPal Pro gives an error (CVC not entered), but the popup to enter information doesn’t show – you directly get this error message.
Stripe doesn’t do anything, the Proceed button from EE4 greys out and that’s it.
Stripe and PayPal Pro are both onsite payment options. Mollie iDeal and PayPal Standard are offsite.
The onsite payment methods should be loading a form to collect the billing information, but that isn’t appearing and I’m not seeing it in the page source.
Could you temporarily deactivate all plugins and then reactivate Event Espresso 4 and re-test?
It should then show.
Then reactivate a few plugins at a time and retest again.
If you site is really busy then I would start with plugins that may have been recently added to your site or plugins that may be specifically loading during registration checkout such as the email optin plugin.
Which is hiding the billing form shown by the PayPal Pro payment method (and any payment method)
You’ll need to remove that from your custom CSS, onetone-main-inline-css?
