Seem to have some issues with Paypal payments which is resulting in lots of time consuming emails with people registered for an event.

eg 1 person registered and paid for Dog 1 at an event – then they registered and paid for Dog 2 at same event – both paypal payments received ok in paypal but when i check their rego status in the event the first one says the payment is approved and transation status complete and the second one says the payment is approved and transaction status incomplete – not sure why its saying incomplete please?

another person registered and paid with Paypal and then got an email from EE saying payment had failed but i couldnt see any errors with this registration

Hi Sue,

We recommend using the PayPal Express option instead of PayPal Standard. You can use your regular PayPal account, and you can follow this guide to get switched over with PayPal Express:
