But it appeared this was resolved after your last EE update.
But now I have a similar problem with paying for a class that somebody registered for before it was sold out, then attended the class, then tries to pay for the class but gets an error:
1) A user Registers for a Class and chooses the Invoice option that they receive
2) The class then gets sold out.
3) The registrant then decides to pay the invoice for the class they had previously registered for (this is common for our classes since registrants sometimes have to get approvals for payment that can take weeks.)
4) The registrant clicks on the make payment link and sees this error message:
An error has occurred
It appears that the (Event Name) event that you were about to make a payment for has sold out since you first registered and/or arrived at this page. Please refresh your page and try again. If you have already made a partial payment towards this event, please contact the event administrator for a refund.
5) We typically setup classes with Default Registration Status as Approved.
You’ll have to increase the capacity of the event in order for them to pay.
