Several people are receiving the following error today.
No updates have been made on the website. Please advise.
“An error has occurred:
Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations.
EE_SPCO_Reg_Step_Attendee_Information – process_reg_step – 598”

Hi Susan,
This sounds like a caching issue.
Are you using any caching plugins? If so, you will need to prevent caching on the Event Espresso pages. This can be usually be done in the plugin’s settings.
Who is your host? If you are hosted with a managed WordPress hosting company like WP Engine or Flywheel, then you will need to have them turn caching off for the EE pages.
