Hi Jeff,

We don’t have a cash gateway as such, however you could re-appropriate one of the “offline” gateways such as Money order or invoice and change the wording in the Settings page.

This would give you access to the complete/finalise links which are necessary to well, complete the registration process.

You might have to do some template or CSS tweaks, depending on what you need.
