I am having multiple customers that are trying to sign up for an event, that have in the past, trying to reset their passwords, and they are getting an email back without a link to actually reset their password.
I have not had this problem until this last month.
We are using EE3.
The password reset emails are not actually from Event Espresso, they are from WordPress itself and should be sent as plain text, however your emails are sending as HTML emails.
The problem with that is the password reset link is wrapped in < and > which in plain text emails is fine, HTML emails it’s invalid.
You should be able to fix this using a function like this:
Which replaces the content of the email and removes those tags.
