When a transaction is “Complete” it means they went through and completed each step of the registration process. It doesn’t necessarily mean they made a payment, they may have been blocked from making a payment if no more spaces were available for that event at the time. If there are spaces available now, you can go into the registration list table and set the registration status to Pending Payment or Approved.
Due to the ticket reservation system, which prevents overselling an event, at the time of those registrations there were no available spaces. That’s why those registrations were set to Wait list status. If a cart with tickets is abandoned, the system will add those spaces back to the inventory and they’re available again.
