We host free Surfing Day Camps for Children with Autism. We want to collect capture the parents information name, address, phone, waiver acceptance and for each child they register up to 3 (the tickets), child’s name, DOB, weight, etc. Is this possible and if so, how would I go about it?

So is the parent not an attendee in this case?

So you need the parent info once for the group and then for each ticket you need the child info?

I’m guessing the children should show up as the registrants and the emails go to the adult?

Event Espresso does not have a feature to separate the ‘purchaser’, in this case the parent. It is possible to do but requires some admin work to set up so need to confirm how you want this to work first.

What you can do is request the parent information once on the Primary Registrant, the ask the ‘Child’ questions for each ticket but they must include Child First Name, Child Last Name and Email address (plus any custom questions).

Email address is required for the child to show as a registrant, however what you can do is as hide all but the first email question using jQuery and then automatically copy any value set on the email visible email field to all of the others.
