Why is a registration that has been paid for (via Paypal) still showing as Incomplete status and showing that money is still owed? What are the steps to edit a registration to correct this discrepancy?

Hi there,
If you click the ‘Recalculate Taxes and Total’ button on tha page does it fix the transaction status?
I can see you are using PayPal Standard which we deprecated a while back to to how unreliable the IPN’s from PayPal can be, what has likely happened in the above is the user returned back to the site from PayPal but no IPN was received from them to confirm the payment object and update the Transaction.
I highly recommend switching to use the PayPal Express payment method over PayPal Standard, you can use the same account type but need different credentials from the account. We have some details on how to use PayPal Express here:
