Overriding payment_options_main.template.php tempate

I’m EE4 and i’m trying to overriding <b>payment_options_main.template.php template</b>, i put it in <b><i>uploads/expresso/templates</i></b> directory
with same name and it’s not working for me.
I want to change layout to this page so what i am doing wrong?

location of this template is: <b>plugins\event-espresso-decaf\modules\single_page_checkout\templates\payment_options\payment_options_main.template.php</b>
