Overriding payment_options_main.template.php tempate (2)

I’m EE4 and i’m trying to overriding payment_options_main.template.php template, i put it in uploads/expresso/templates directory
with same name and it’s not working for me.
I want to change layout to this page so what i am doing wrong?

location of this template is: plugins\event-espresso-decaf\modules\single_page_checkout\templates\payment_options\payment_options_main.template.php
