Hi there, Have you tried a payment great than 1 KWD to confirm if the minimum payment required is not 1 unit? Try a payment for say 3 KWD, do you have the same issue? |
Please check below order is only 25 KD but showing : |
Ok, can you link me to an event I can run a test registration on? If you don’t want to link directly, just the name of the event is fine. |
please check below event : |
I’m getting error 500 on the site currently so I can’t load it, are you currently making changes? |
Please check now |
Hmm, strange. Currently, our MIGS test account is showing as invalid so I can’t test this, I’ve contacted the issuer to investigate. In the mean time, do you have a test account we could view the transactions on? Its fine if not I can wait for the above, I’d just like to compare the requests to see what is happening and if you already have an account it will likely be quicker. |

Thanks for your response . |
No, I mean a test account for MIGS. I need to monitor what is sent to/from MIGS and compare what it should be. |
Sorry no test account for MIGS |
Can I take a look at the payment logs on your site? I’m not if it will help much but happy to take a look. If so you can send login details using this form: |
I sent you |
The password appears to be incorrect, can you re-check and resend, please? |
please check now |
OK, I’ve been looking over the site and it looks like you are using an RC version of the MIGS payment method which had fixes applied specifically for using 3 decimal place currencies. Did another member of support send you this file? If so, was it working and now its not? |

I checked into this and its from Feb 2017 but it seems something has changed in the MIGS response which we now need to update the MIGS payment method to work with, however as mentioned our test account is now invalid so I’ve requested another (I don’t know how long that is going to take currently). Looking over the payment logs, I can see one variable that may be tripping up the payment in EE, so first a quick question, do the payments all work correclty as far as MIGS is concerned? Meaning if you look at your merchant profile (not in EE) and view the payments are they correct there? Its only in EE that it shows an incorrect/overpayment? |
Yes it showing correct there in MIGS account , also in my bank account it showing correct |
Ok, so without a test account I cant test changes before sending them over to you, but I can send you a copy of MIGS payment method that I think should solve your problem if you’d like to run some payments using it and confirm? |
Ok please send me I will test |
send me copy of MIGS payment method that you think should solve my problem |
Where would you like me to send the file? The email address linked to your ee.com account? |
yes , please |
I’ve just sent a new version over to your email. |
Hi there, I just wanted to check in an confirm if the branch I sent you fixed the problem? Have you had any further issues with MIGS using that branch? |
It is fixed |
Ok, great. Thanks for the update. |
