When we set our ticket limit for an event at a # (ie:25) it will continue to sell tickets beyond this if people have chosen to pay with an invoice vs on-line. How do we prevent this.
To prevent that you will need to set the ‘Default Registration Status’ to Approved on the event, it’s the bottom option here: http://take.ms/vDYz6
That option is available with each event you create and you can also adjust the default for new events to be Approved if preferred.
This means that any registrations made on the event will apply to the ticket sales, the registration will show up as ‘Approved’ but the transaction will show incomplete.
Did you complete the registration select invoice and finalize?
