Option to create travel insurance packages?

What kinds of extension to create travel insurance packages?
End user will need to fill up all their particulars.
For example a family package, need to select how many members and fill up each members particulars.

Is this as an addition to an event or using the plugin solely for insurance purchases?

The plugin does allow you to create custom questions for the attendees, so it might be suitable but of course the plugin is also geared toward event registration.

You may want to give EE4 a test drive (for free) over at http://demoee.org and see for yourself as to whether it can handle your specific needs.
