What do I have to do to remove the support license from my test site? I just read(too late) not to use the key on a temp site…. I am ready to go live on my regular site now that I am happy with how I have everything setup, and I wanted to migrate my key over to its proper home.
On your test site simply remove the key from Event Espresso -> General Settings and save with a blank field.
I noticed you have requested a reset so I’ve done that for you, although the key may re-assign to your test site if it is use there, if so just request another reset from your account page and we will reset it again.
