Hi,
We have an event that has two packages: “Everything Package” and “Full Event with Formal Picture Session.” The challenge is that we have 6 photographers and 300 people who need to schedule themselves in an available 10 minute open time slot. I really need your help because I can’t figure out how to use Event Espresso to do this. So, 6 people can get their picture taken at the same time during the 10 minute scheduled time. We are starting the sessions at 8:00 a.m. and it looks like we will have to go until 4:10 p.m. to complete 300 people (6 photographers x 6 people per hour each).
I have the Everything Package by the way, and have installed the Multi Event plugin. The main thing is that I need people to be able to schedule themselves for a remaining available appointment time while checking out on the “Purchase Ticket” page. I can’t figure this out. Please help if you can. I greatly appreciate it.

Hi Michael,
Event Espresso isn’t really suited for appointment booking. While you can use Event Espresso to sell tickets for the event, the parts that involve setting up schedules and selecting available appointment slots would be best done with a online appointment scheduler like Appointy.
