My client got a receipt of payemnt for two classes, but the user never got a confirmation email nor does it show in EE that she registered for the two classes. Where should I check for problems with something like this>
We’ve had so many PayPal issues, I’m thinking this could be another one, but wanted to see what you guys thought.
Usually what happens is you log in to your PayPal account, then go to the IPN History page, find the transaction, and click resend IPN. The Instant Payment Notifications from PayPal do not always make it back to the site running Event Espresso, but resending the notification from PayPal should update the transaction.
