Can you contact your webhost and ask them to deactivate/bypass the caching on the pages that handle the /events/ pages, /registration-checkout/, and the /thank-you/ pages?
There’s more information in the documentation about setting up caching inclusions in case you’re using any caching plugins:
I’m afraid the URL for your video is invalid, so no I did not watch your video. I understand that you believe you have caching not activated on the pages, however I checked the http headers of the page with Chrome’s web inspector and the http headers indicate those pages are being served from a cache. A request to your home page and a request to your registration-checkout pages both include the X-Cache http header.
In any case, if your current server configuration isn’t allowing the session to maintain state from one request to the next then you’ll get the nothing in your event queue error. If you’re convinced that it’s not a caching/server issue, then the one other way to get the Nothing in your Event Queue error is there’s a rogue plugin deleting the session transient value from the database. A quick way to rule that out is you deactivate all other plugins and check again.
