Hi Jenny, Can you try temporarily deactivating the Google Analyticator plugin and try the reg form again? The GA plugin is throwing some errors during the redirect to the process registrations page. |

Hi, Can you provide details of how the event is set up (datetimes and tickets) please? A screenshot would be great if you can. I’m wondering if it has anything to do with the fact that the ticket with an issue is in 2015, when the others aren’t (my tests say it shouldn’t be an issue, but best to rule that out). |

Nope – that wasn’t it (I checked by changing that ticket to a 2014 date). I was also having the same issue for this class – http://www.specimenproducts.com/classes/design-theory-blueprint-course/ which is for this upcoming weekend. I had to change the number of tickets available to 2, which generated a drop down, so now it works. But I was getting the same “nothing in queue” message before. Thanks, |

Yup – that was it. The customized template was breaking it. |
