Getting the “Nothing in your Event Queue” error for random events.
I have no cache plugin running.

You can recreate the problem by going to this page:
http://www.specimenproducts.com/classes/advanced-guitar-repair-workshop-1/
Selecting the first “Tuesdays 7-9:30pm Jan 13, 20 & 27” works correcting, selecting the last “Saturday & Sunday 11am-5pm Feb 14 & 15” give the “nothing in your event queue” error.

Please help, this needs to be resolved immediately!

Thanks,
Jenny

Hi,

Who is your web host?

Does this issue continue when only Event Espresso is activated?

Haven’t tried disabling all the plugins…

Hi Jenny,

Can you try temporarily deactivating the Google Analyticator plugin and try the reg form again? The GA plugin is throwing some errors during the redirect to the process registrations page.

I disabled all the Google Analytics plugins – getting the same error.

Hi,

Have you tested with only Event Espresso running and other plugins deactivated?

Hi,

Can you provide details of how the event is set up (datetimes and tickets) please? A screenshot would be great if you can.

I’m wondering if it has anything to do with the fact that the ticket with an issue is in 2015, when the others aren’t (my tests say it shouldn’t be an issue, but best to rule that out).

Nope – that wasn’t it (I checked by changing that ticket to a 2014 date).

I was also having the same issue for this class – http://www.specimenproducts.com/classes/design-theory-blueprint-course/ which is for this upcoming weekend. I had to change the number of tickets available to 2, which generated a drop down, so now it works. But I was getting the same “nothing in queue” message before.

Thanks,
Jenny

Hi Jenny,

Has the ticket selector template been modified in any way? If so, can you post a copy of it to a gist or a pastebin and link to it here so we can investigate?

Thanks.

Yup – that was it. The customized template was breaking it.
Thanks,
Jenny
