WordPress Version: 4.7.1

PHP Version: 5.6.27

MySQL Version: 5.6.32

Event Espresso Version: 4.9.26.decaf

My registrants are having trouble with checkout page. Tickets were selected but was redirected to a page with the following message.

“Nothing in your Event Queue

You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process. “

I cleared my browser cache but didn’t work. I do not have plugin that does cache.

I had a blank red box pop up first. I updated the plugin and now it redirects to a page that says

“Nothing in your Event Queue
You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process. “

@poohbear60409, it sounds like you need to disable the server-side caching on the web server.

@Josh, Thank you the link helped me. Since I have GoDaddy I used the solution below:

Solutions

Login to your WP dashboard and click on Flush Cache which appears on the admin toolbar: http://cl.ly/image/2228341I1P18
Then rename or delete the object-cache.php file which should be in the wp-content folderIf you are unable to accomplish this task yourself, then please check with with the WordPress Managed hosting support team at Godaddy and ask them to delete the object-cache.php file from the /wp-content/ directory of your website:
