Processing works fine usually on computers, but not on phones or tablets.

Hello,

Could you go to WordPress plugins in your WP dashboard and update your site?

I see that you are on an older version of Event Espresso 4 and we are up to version 4.8.35:

Are you still experiencing those sporadic issues on mobile devices?

Also, I see that your site is on Nginx which has some built-it caching features.

Could you confirm that your Event Espresso pages have been excluded from the cache?
