I’m not sure why I haven’t heard more from anyone? The issue is kind of a big deal to the client – all waitlist functionality is missing, so I tried updating the EE plugins and that caused all past events to begin showing up. I deactivated all plugins and assigned a default WP theme and the issue persisted.
I gave access to Rio but then the thread went cold… it’s been over 20 days now. Can someone please help?

Is there any option where we can get the FTP without registering to flywheel?
for your shortcode that shows past event [ESPRESSO_EVENTS category_slug=event show_expired=false order_by=start_date,id button_text=’More Info’] it seems the problem is on the parameter show_expired. What you need to do here is to removed show_expired
For your waitlist, Can you send me direct link to the event where you have that problem? You mention you already made troubleshooting by disabling plugins and themes?
Can you also send the login information so we can take a look? is that the same site who use flywheel?
