Hi there,

When I view that page the ticket selector shortcode is not being parsed – http://take.ms/LZd0x

Is it currently working for you?

Do you have any caching plugins installed?

Iv checked in safari, firefox and chrome it is showing but only half the page width.

Dropped the code into jetpack custom css. It is now full width on desktop and iPad bu not on iPhone. The quantity column is obscured.
Thanks Louis

Hello,

I see that your theme is Avada. Try this CSS instead:

That doesn’t work either, customers have to scroll across to see the quantity column. This is a problem, Im having people get in touch because without seeing the quantity column they are pressing the register button and nothing is happening.

A workshop which normally takes days to book out still hasn’t filled out, all the problems Im having with this plug in is costing time and money.

How about giving me a refund and Ill go back to Eventbrite its cheaper in the long run.

Thanks louis

You can fix the issue where the Avada theme pushes the quantity column by adding this CSS to your custom stylesheet:

If you prefer to ditch Event Espresso because of this, you can request a refund here:
