Hi AJ, were these previously working and have recently gone out? If you aren’t already using a transaction email service, then please take a look at Mandrill or Postmark App. They will take over sending emails for your site and won’t be affected by changes by the web host to the site: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/postmark-app-mandrill-transactional-email-handling-services/ — |

Hi AJ, Did you ever receive emails from your site? Not just EE. Sometimes this is a server issue. If you don’t want to use Postmark or Mandrill, you might want to try the WP Mail plugin, which routes the email via a gmail account instead of the built in mail server. |

It appears that you have corrected something. I just got a bunch of emails. What was changed? |

It may be that the emails were held on your server in some kind of spam check. You may have to use a plugin (such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/) to authenticate the outgoing email from your server. Sometimes it’s easier to just authenticate the emails using a Gmail account (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/faq/). |

Hey guys. Just decided to utilize postmark (since I already had an account) and it appears to be working. Will followup again tomorrow. |

Not sure what the issue was, but moved email to postmark and notifications seem to working. With wpmail would just work…. |
