Hi team,

As an admin I’m not receiving emails. I’m using Authorize.net payment method with EE3. My WordPress primary email and EE3 email are both same. I tried to change mail server to my yahoo mail account but still not getting any emails.

I registered a test user and get details in Events, Atendence but not get any email notification.

Please advise

Hi Donald,

Have you checked your spam folder? You can also install an email logging plugin to check whether the emails are actually being sent or not.

Hi Team,

I installed WP Mail Logging and then register a test user, I got mail in the plugin logs. But I didn’t get any email to my inbox (info@captainjacksminigolf.com). Then I use a Yahoo account and register a test user and didn’t get any email as an admin to my Yahoo account. After that I use my Gmail account, and every thing was fine with the Gmail account. I got all mail at my gmail account. Now my question is why its working with only Gmail account and not with yahoo and other. I have to use my (info@captainjacksminigolf.com) mail account with this. Please tell me what should I do now. Why I’m not receiving any email on my domain mail account.

You could use a transactional email service like PostMark, Mandrill, or one of the other services listed here:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/postmark-app-mandrill-transactional-email-handling-services/

The reason that you’re not receiving emails from some of those accounts may be because the email provider is blocking email from your host’s built in mail server or its ISP.

For now I’m sending my admin email address to my Hosting Provider to add in white list. May be this will work for me.

It might, and if it doesn’t work, using one of the recommended Transactional email services is a great solution.

How to use ‘Mandrill’ with EE3? Is there any plugin or add on for EE3?

Mandrill has a standalone WordPress plugin. You can download it via your WordPress plugins page, or on this page here:
