Not doing what it should be – Business License

Hi
I have a business licence but no access to any of the addons. I’ve tried several times to at the mailchimp addon and there is no where to add it.

We also are not getting notified when people register for our events. Is this another addon issue?

Basically I can set up an event and that’s about it. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

We recently had a member that had two accounts and they were viewing the one with no support license.

Regarding the email notifications, are you receiving regular WordPress email notifications such as password resets?

Hi Kylie,

The Add-ons install the same way as any normal plugin.

So you download the Add-on from Your Account Page then upload it through Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin.

Once you install and activate the Add-on you should find the settings availabel within Event Espresso.

I notice your site is using EE3, you’ll need to download the green add-ons from your account (the blue add-ons are EE4)

We also are not getting notified when people register for our events. Is this another addon issue?

If you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Is the Primary Email Address set within that page?

The confirmation emails are only sent when a user finalizes the registration and lands on the thank-you page.
