The Add-ons install the same way as any normal plugin.
So you download the Add-on from Your Account Page then upload it through Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin.
Once you install and activate the Add-on you should find the settings availabel within Event Espresso.
I notice your site is using EE3, you’ll need to download the green add-ons from your account (the blue add-ons are EE4)
We also are not getting notified when people register for our events. Is this another addon issue?
If you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.
Is the Primary Email Address set within that page?
The confirmation emails are only sent when a user finalizes the registration and lands on the thank-you page.
