Not authorized to access this endpoint

When using the ticketing app (Ipad), it looks like the user session is very short. So after about 30sec or 1 minute of no activity it will throw back : “Not authorized to access this endpoint”

How do I change the timeout…
Windows 2008 server, IIS + php

Hi Nic,

Go to the Event Espresso settings > API Settings menu and change the “API Session Timeout After” option to a value more suitable for you.
