Purchased Event espresso today so all files are the latest. I set up a test event to show proof of concept to the client. I get an email and can open the ticket. When I log in i get :Not Authorized to access that endpoint on Iphone and Ipad. This is happening with both Iphone and Ipad apps (both HD version). I am logging in with Espresso Master Admin. (My usual admin keeps giving me username and password ado not match, even though it’s correct). Api session timeout is ‘Never”‘and Allow Public API acess is set to ‘allow’. The apps on set on the iphone and ipad for maximum timeout. I have disabled my 2 security plugins. Event Espresso version 3.1.36.6.P http://bar-a.com/event-registration?ee=1 (my test event) |

Ok, changing the setting for the Event/Attendee Listings Page under the Event Espresso – Event Manager Permissions tab fixed the problem by changing the permission to Espresso Master Admin user. However I am still having problems logging in under my usual admin user id on the HD app. |
Hello, the Event Espresso HD app is the correct app to use with the current JSON API plugin. Could you double-check your credentials that are in use for your regular WP admin login? That use is an administrator and should be able to login via both apps. Also, please double-check for extra spacing and capital letters when logging in via the mobile app. — |
