Not all date/times showing in emails

Hi,

We’ve just noticed that all emails that are generated when a user books on to our events are not showing all the date/times for that event.

For example, this event https://www.impactmh.org.uk/courses/you-programme-bedford-march-and-april-2020/ has 4 date times, but only two are being sent in all generated emails.

02/04/2020 9:30 am – 02/04/2020 3:00 pm

This has started happening recently. All older registration emails have all the date/times displayed.

It’s really important that the people who book onto our courses, and our managers, get the full date/times in their registration emails.

Has something changed in the last update?

Hi there,

It looks like the ticket available on your event has not been allocated to all datetimes within the event.

Edit the event and click the next to the ticket in question (should have ID 192 by the looks of it).

Are all 4 datetimes selected on that ticket?

Thanks. They weren’t all added to the same ticket. Probably a “user error” :-).
