I’ve used EE for 5 years now and today I upgraded to latest version of 4. I’m having a weird issue that I can’t resolve and haven’t found help for in the forums or elsewhere.
I’ve created two tickets under one Event Datetime (two general admission levels) but the overview still gives the message: No Tickets have been setup for this Event and registration page gives this message: No tickets were found for this event.
I guess I’m doing something wrong but I can’t figure out just what it is. Also, I assume that my new event is showing as inactive because the form can’t find the tickets I’ve created. Or is there somewhere else to activate the event?
