No Tickets have been setup for this Event

I’ve used EE for 5 years now and today I upgraded to latest version of 4. I’m having a weird issue that I can’t resolve and haven’t found help for in the forums or elsewhere.

I’ve created two tickets under one Event Datetime (two general admission levels) but the overview still gives the message: No Tickets have been setup for this Event and registration page gives this message: No tickets were found for this event.

I guess I’m doing something wrong but I can’t figure out just what it is. Also, I assume that my new event is showing as inactive because the form can’t find the tickets I’ve created. Or is there somewhere else to activate the event?

Hi Cary,

Do you see the same issue if you create a new event and add a title, short description, and then save it as a draft (top right area of event editor)?
