Voucher number

Hi there i am using s2 members on my membership  site but i need to be able to allow 100% free access to members after registration using a groupon voucher number from visitor.

Basically i need to capture the voucher number using a form and then validate it against a list of codes in DB and if valid redirect to register page or email user link to a register page.

Can I do this using your plug in? s2 member does not allow 100% free registration with coupon codes.

Can i also upload lists of coupons to my db using your plug in or do i need to do it thru my sql?

Hello Marco,

First off, I am sorry if this is a duplicate I thought I had already responded to this post, but I cannot see my response anywhere.

Event Espresso doesnt handle registrations, so although the Groupon (Social Coupon) add on will allow an 100% discount against events, I am not sure it will help you with what you have planned.

Groupon codes can be added manually, or via the database if you know SQL. The easiest way to do it though is to use our free add on tool that will import them via a CSV (spreadsheet) file.
