Hi,
I am working on one event through Event Espresso on my website. What i am looking for that the assigned promotional code could use only once.
I am struggling to find an option where i can block that once promotional been used you can’t use that again. Please guide me how i can do that?
VERY URGENT EVENT IS CLOSE TO START???

Hi Alicia,
Currently promotional codes cannot be limited in that way. Social Coupon (groupon) codes can be, in fact they are only one use codes. However they also discount the events by 100%.

Hi,
For groupon codes i am struggling since morning i can’t manage to do that where we can also discount the event 100%??
To make the event discount i am assuming need to use the promotional code as well…but still failed :(????

Hi,
No, Promotional codes and Groupon codes are separate so they do not need to be used in conjunction with each other.
What process are you using with the groupon codes? Where is it failing?
