You don’t have an offline payment method for me to finalize a registration on your event, can you link me to the thank you page for a test registration so I can take a look?
If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Receipt -> Edit Purchaser
Can you see content in the template or is it empty?
Use credit card payment method, this is currently on debug mode and the credit card details used for testing is 4111 1111 1111 1111, use any expiry date and CVC.

If it’s empty, click the ‘Reset Templates’ button on that same page.
