Hi,

I am having an issue that I just can’t figure out. There is a certain page of my website in which the events won’t work properly. We I add a quantity of one and press add to cart, I get the popup like I should. But then when I hit “proceed to registration,” it routes me to this page (screenshot below).

Please help.

Hello,

A common cause for that messaging to show instead of the registration checkout page with the registration form would be caching.

Are you using any caching services such as WP super cache or W3 total cache?

If so, you can setup no-cache rules to exclude those pages:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/setup-nocache-exclusion-rules-event-espresso/

If that does not help, then it may be a conflict with another plugin that may have been recently installed and activated on your site.

Try temporarily deactivating all plugins and reactivating only Event Espresso and re-testing.

If it works, then reactivate a few plugins and a time and retest. Continue this until you pinpoint the source of the conflict.
