No Email Sent upon succcesul payment been made

Hi,

This really bugged me up a lot. I’m using paypal as the payment gateway. The problem is when the user successfully registered and paid for the event, they will still be directed to “Payment Pending” & “Incomplete”.

By rights, upon successful payment been made, the system will automatically send out the email (consists of tickets) to the registrants. Currently it doesn’t works that way. Please assist. URGENT

Hi Jermoe,

Can you check within the PayPal account you are using that IPN’s have been enabled please?

The important steps to check are thet IPN’s are enabled within the account and that the encoding used within the IPN’s are correct.

Are you running any security plugins on the site?
