The Event Registration and All Registration functionality is no longer working on my website for my events (EE4). When I hit the button to download the registrations, the file generation screen runs and goes through the motions, and it looks it is completing the download, but only redirects back to the online registration screen. No file is downloaded on in my browser (tried in both Chrome and IE) and nothing is saved to my established download folder.
Problems with the ‘new’ csv export system are usually due to how permissions are set up on the server or possibly incorrect MIME type handling (the server doesn’t tell the browser what to do with the file)
On the server if you go to /wp-content/uploads/espresso/
Do you see a ‘batch_temp_folder’?
If so open it up, does it have any contents?
