No confirmation email being sent after server move

We’ve recently moved our install of Event Expresso from our development server to the client’s server. Everything functioned normally before the move but the email confirmations stopped after moving to the client’s server.

Sounds like the email delivery system (ie, sendmail) is not properly set up on the client’s server. Can you run some tests to confirm that the regular WP emails are going out?
