The EE4 user was advised to just activate bank or check payment to get rid of the error.
However, I’ve tried to activate each of those options several times and the error doesn’t go away, and the payment option doesn’t stay intact. (bank and check are both highlighted in green in the payment options area).
How can I get the payment error to go away? I don’t want to take payment for EE ticket reservations nor let our members see payment options.
In order to remove the ‘no payment methods active’ error from within Event Espresso, you need an active payment method. It doesn’t really matter which payment method, as long as one is active.
You said you’ve tried to enable the payment method and that bank and check are green but then don’t stay green? (Them showing green means they’ve activated but if the don’t stay green they are de-activating)
If you go to Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> Invoice.
Click on ‘Activate Invoice Payment method’.
