We recently upgraded to EE4, and found we had to manually add in all our promo codes. I added the first code and went to test it on a registration, and it would not take. I did not get an error message. I did not get any change on the screen. I clicked “Submit Promo Code” and it looked like the screen refreshed. The code was still sitting in the box, and nothing changed or was added to the line items. Is there something wrong with the code we set up? With the installation? Is there a setting missing?
I checked your site and I can also see that the cart isn’t functioning exactly the same as how it normally functions. Can you check to see if there’s a plugin or other configuration that’s blocking access to wp-admin/admin-ajax.php on the front end of the website? Normally the cart uses ajax (and the promotions code form too), but on your site, the AJAX scripts aren’t running.
