Using latest EE3 3.1.37.14.P and MailChimp Integration 1.3.p

Mailchimp API key is setup correctly on EE.

The new attendees aren’t added on mailchimp list.

Hi,

Can you go in to edit the event in question, then find the MailChimp List Integration box, then take a screenshot and share a link to that screenshot here?

Got a question, does it not work if there is also another mailchimp plugin?
The other plugin is MailChimp for WordPress, this is for other newsletter field.

I disabled it and got EE mailchimp to work, as it sends subscription confirmation.

It’s not intended to break if another MailChimp plugin is activated, but another MailChimp plugin activated on the same site could introduce a plugin conflict that would cause some breakage. Especially so if the other newsletter form was on the same page as the event registration form. Is that the case on your site?

Here is the screenshot of the event.

Another thing i discovered.

When i changed the mailchimp list to another list ( double opt-in disabled ). It send me some kind of confirmation from Mailchimp.

Then, when i put change it back to its correct list ( double opt-in enabled ). I didn’t receive any mailchimp confirmation.

When i try the above, the other mailchimp plugin is disabled.

So it is working when the mailchimp list double opt-in is disabled and not working when enabled, as i didn’t receive any mailchimp subscription confirmation.

Hi,

Your screenshot requires permissions.

Have you checked your spam folder for that Mailchimp subscription confirmation?

Yes, the newsletter field is located on the footer area which is visible on all pages including the event pages.

They are both using the same mailchimp list also. I haven’t tried yet adding a mailchimp script instead of using the mailchimp plugin. Not sure if that will still causes conflict.

One thing that might avoid a conflict with the other MailChimp plugin is you could remove the Newsletter signup widget from the /event-registration/ page only. You could install a plugin like Widget Context, then go to edit the Newsletter signup widget and set the option to hide it from the event-registration page.
