Where do I download this option? We’ve had Event Espresso a long time, this module would be very helpful for us. I need it urgently we have an event coming up and lots of groups to register.

Hi there,
I checked your account and it turns out you actually have the EE4 Everything license, which includes EE4 and every add-on for EE4. The EE4 licenses do not include EE3 or add-ons for EE3.
You can get access to the current version of EE3 and its add-ons by switching to an EE3 license on your account page. Your account page has a “Switch Your Support License” box.

Yes, we actually can’t use EE4 – I believe support has tried to help several times, yet EE4 just doesn’t play nice with our site and no one can find anything wrong

Why is it trying to charge me to switch my license – what am I missing?

If you’re trying to upgrade to an EE3 developer license then it will add charges for the additional amount. If you’re downgrading, there shouldn’t be additional charges. You can contact the sales team and they can give you more information about the price differences between the different plans and assist you with changing your account’s plan.

Josh – please check the history on our support inquiries – we have had nothing but issues with EE4. we are using 3.1.36.5
Paying more money when what we have should be working and not even support can figure out why it doesn’t is frustrating.

I get your frustration, and it will really help if you can at least use a current version of Event Espresso 3.
If you contact the sales team they can assist you with switching your account to an EE3 license.
