need to remove the land and state question

We only organize conferences in the Netherlands. This makes it unnecessary and makes it strange if the question ‘which country are you from’ has to be answered (and de US and Canada are options). In addition, we only have provinces and no states. a complete list of all American states is completely unnecessary. How can I remove this?
