I purchased EE4 for a site I am building. – Styling of the pages is all over the place. Not sure if it’s due to the theme I am using or with EE. – Would like to know best practice for styling the EE pages (especially the ticket selector form – it looks horrible) – I am trying to create a class that runs one evening per week, for 5 weeks. I can’t figure out how to set it up (a) so that the user only has to select the class one time (not all 5) and (b) so that it is easy to read and understand. (Seems like EE puts a TON of info on the ticket selector section and then below that, all of the dates appear jumbled together on the left half of the page, while the right half is empty. It looks horrible. – Some of the EE-specific pages are not working. When I browse to the page I get a Blog instead of the actual page. |

Hi Eric,
For the most part, EE4 let’s the theme do the styling, this (generally) allows the events to integrate style wise with the rest of the theme.
There is no best practice as such, if the theme is not styling EE to your liking you have two choices: use a different theme, or use CSS to change the styles.
If they purchase one ticket and are entitled to the 5 weeks worth, then in the event create 5 datetimes. You only need one ticket, and that should automatically assign itself to the 5 datetimes (but double check it). The datetimes on the front end do list themselves on the left, though you could perhaps use CSS to modify this behaviour. Also note that in Event Espresso > Events > Templates tab, you can change settings to disable things like the Ticket Details, Ticket Sale info etc.
1) Go to Settings > Permalinks and press that save/update button. This will flush your permalinks. 2) If 1 did not work, check to make sure there are no other posts, pages or custom post types that share the same slug. 3) If neither of the above work, provide us with a link and we can see if there is anything obvious from the front end.
Do you have any caching plugins or server level caching running? If so, please White list the EE pages: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/setup-nocache-exclusion-rules-event-espresso/ If not, please provide a link to an example event where this has occurred. |

Hi there. How do I post my WordPress info onto this page without it being public? I purchased a support ticket and I prefer to get one on one support so this can be resolved faster and not be public. I am willing to pay for the time. My interest is in getting the pages working. Thanks! |

Hi Eric, If you have filled out the support token form, then someone will get in touch with you and you can email them that info directly. |

Hi Dean, |
Hi Eric, your support token request came through during off-hours so Dean was the first team member to respond. I’m going to reply privately so we can help you get back on track. Thanks — |
