I have been a user of EE since Nov 14, 2010 and a VIP member since then. My last monthly payment was on Oct 24, 2012. Right now, I’m feeling really frustrated. I came to your site to get the latest update and found that my user account has been deleted. (I last logged in around May-June 2012.) I recreated a user account using the same info as before and there appears to be no trace of my existence or product purchases. In fact, I can’t even read support replies in your forum to learn about ‘delayed support response times’ — so I have NO idea when you may deign to reply to this or be able to help me. What am I paying $5/mo for if this is what I get?! Very. very. frustrating.

We’re sorry for the trouble. When we moved to the new website we tried importing all the users to the new forum software, but it didn’t work for all users (end of June 2012).
Did you get our emails about the new website and accounts?
