My new order did not come with advertised addons

I just bought the Business License edition of Events Espresso. The only add on I have in my account however is the calendar. I’m also wondering is I have the correct events espresso download. Mine is called events espresso free “lite”. Just a bit confused and could us some clarification on this.

Also- do you offer installation?

In addition- I am prompted that a support license is needed to add venues & pother basic features. The license I have is a number followed by _free. Was I given the wrong license?

Hi Tamara,

It would appear you license has not automatically applied to your account. I have contacted sales and someone will be in contact with you very shortly.

We do offer an installation service yes.

Depending on your requirements we have a ‘Basic Install’

Or ‘Basic Install with Configuration’ in which we also setup one of our gateways (your choice) and test a transaction to ensure all is working well.
