Muti Attendee Registration for non-logged in users?

Hi,

My question relates to an inherited site with EEv3 and WPv4. I want users to be able to register more than one attendee per event; which your documentation says EE3 can do.

When I go to an event and set ‘Allow Group Registration’ to Yes this feature only shows up on the front end IF the user happens to be logged in to the admin. I would like this to appear for any user. I do not see any further settings that would specify this.

By default should the multi-attendee feature appear on the front end for non-logged in users? Is there any settings for this that I am not seeing?

Thanks!

Hi,

Group registration is available to non logged in users. I checked the site we have on file for you (briarpatch) and could indeed register multiple attendees for the Creme Brule event. This was done by clicking the Add more attendees button on the registration form.

If you cannot see this, you may need to clear your cache.

Thanks but the issue still persists. For example, this URL:

http://www.briarpatch.coop/register-for-classes-events/?ee=160

Even if cache is cleared, or if the URL is opened in a browser that has never navigated to this site I still do not see the group registration option.

The allow group registration is set to Yes for this post as well. Thanks!

Hi,

If you look below the form itself, there is an Add More Attendees button http://take.ms/bcIGt

This will allow people to register multiple attendees.

Thanks, turns out our server was caching the site, so problem resolved. Thanks!
