I have multiple participants telling me that the link for them to print their tickets is only showing 1 ticket when they purchased multiple tickets. Please advise. |
Hi Matt, the number of emails depends on how the tickets were purchased. Did any of the registrants/attendees receive any other emails possibly to spam / junk mail? — |

I have checked with attendees and they have nothing in their folders. But I am receiving a ton of complaints about the same issue so this is something that should be addressed asap if it is a case of multiple emails being marked as junk. Maybe have them all come in one email? It looks like every attendee who ordered more than one, which is a majority, might be having this issue. This is creating a major headache and doesn’t look good for us. I can’t find a setting anywhere that is set dealing with this issue but maybe it is somewhere I am not seeing it? |
Hi, could you register for an setup a transactional email service like Postmark app or Mandrill? https://eventespresso.com/wiki/postmark-app-mandrill-transactional-email-handling-services/ They can help with sporadic email issues. — |

So this isn’t something Event Espresso can help with? I have to sign-up for a separate service? |
Hi Matt, Event Espresso does not send out any emails directly. It uses a native WordPress function called wp_mail(). This then uses the local mail server. A transaction email service can help with issues with the local mail server since it will take over sending emails for the WordPress site. — |

That didn’t help. Only one email is still being receive. Our test email for our test registration is giving a token error too. EED_messages_run_148 |

So here is what I am getting for feedback. I installed the ticketing add-on after we had about 170 people already registered. I sent out a batch email to everyone who had registered with the short code for their ticket url. Any of those people who ordered more than one ticket seem to be getting only 1 email with 1 link to 1 ticket. I asked one person who registered AFTER the ticketing add-on was installed and they said they received 1 email with 2 ticket urls so that is fine. So it seems to be an issue with those who were in there before the ticketing add-on was added. |
Hi, could you post a screenshot of this? EED_messages_run_148 https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-checklist/#screenshots — |

Okay, I’m not sure how this (https://eventespresso.com/topic/multiple-tickets-not-shown-in-participant-link/#post-155902) is handled but I’ll find out. Are you seeing a ticket link (icon) for these registrants in the registrations overview screen? It would appear in the right area of the screen in the actions column. — |

Yes, each registration is showing the ticket icon. |
|
Could you please update me on the progress of this issue? |
Hi, I replied here: Thanks — |
