Hi Lukas,
That relates to a different issue from what you have above. Someone has added:
To the custom CSS section of your site to hide the Qty section of the ticket selector, that’s why you can’t see it currently. Some of your events have only a single ticket type so I assume this was done to hide the Qty field on those, but it’s causing the issue you’ve mentioned above. Go to Dashboard -> Appareance -> Customize. In the ‘Additional CSS’ section, can you see the above CSS? |
